VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES

VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES WILL NEED TO REGISTER WITH THE EXPRESS PASS PROGRAM TO OBTAIN YEARLY EXPRESS PASSES. VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS MAY REQUEST AN EXPRESS PASS PACKET BY EMAILING expresspass@eagle-crest.com. NO EXCEPTIONS.


HOMEOWNER GUESTS – NON-RENTAL

OWNER GUESTS-ACCOMPANIED: An Eagle Crest Resort Homeowner may bring up to six guests to the sports centers. Property owner must accompany guests at all times while using the recreation facilities. Any one guest may only visit the facility 10 times per year for free. Upon the 11th visit a guest fee will be charged. (See owner website for complete Policies for Access to Resort Recreation Facilities and Fees). Owner must register guest upon checking into the sport facility, valid guest photo identification required.

OWNER GUESTS-UNACCOMPANIED: This guest privilege is intended for temporary houseguests of Owners, who are not residing at the property in exchange for rental or any other items of value. To obtain access to the recreation facilities for guests not being accompanied by owner, the owner must complete the on-line form below to request guest access. Guest must be staying at the property. In addition, the homeowner must provide the guest with their personal Owner ID Card. The primary guest will be required to show the Owner’s ID card and validation certificate to obtain passes. No Exceptions.

Homeowner may request six (6) Unaccompanied Guest Certificates Per Calendar Year. Each certificate is valid for a maximum of seven (7) consecutive days for a maximum of 6 passes. Day use fees will apply for any additional guest over the allotted six (6) guests. (See owner website for complete Policies for Access to Resort Recreation Facilities and Fees)

Terms & Conditions


An owner may only request one set of guest passes for any specific time period. Multiple requests cannot be submitted for the same time frame for the same lodging unit. Each person accessing the facilities must present a guest pass upon entry. Any abuse of the guest pass system may result in loss of sports center usage privileges.

Guest Passes may be picked up at the Resort Sport Center. Primary Guest must present guest pass certificate / verification form and Owner’s ID card to obtain passes. To request changes to previously submitted guest passes, contact the Resort Sports Center at 541-923-9627.
