owners must secure guest passes for all guests wishing to use the Sports Center
facilities. The owner must complete this online form OR personally accompany
your guests to the Resort Sports Center to request the passes in person.
Hand-written paper forms taken by unaccompanied guests to the Sports Center are
no longer accepted. Valid “guest passes” will allow entry to the Sports Centers
for a maximum of six guests; each guest accessing the facilities must present a
guest pass upon entry. All six guest passes will be printed with the primary
guest name; however, any guest staying in that unit can access the facilities
upon presentation of one of the six guest passes. Guest fees will apply if more
than six guests choose to access the facility at any one time. An owner may
only request one set of guest passes for a specific time period – multiple
requests cannot be submitted for the same time frame for the same lodging unit.
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours after submission for
preparation of guest passes.
Please note that if your guests check in through the
hotel front desk (such as VROA intervals, River View Vista / Fairway Vista /
Eagle Creek Fractional units, Eagle Crest Property Management units), you do
not need to request guest passes online. These guests will receive guest passes
at the time of check-in.
Guest passes are valid for a maximum of 30 days. For
rental terms in excess of 30 days, please contact the Property Owner Accounting
Department at 541-504-3113 during regular business hours for details on
temporarily exchanging your owner card for a long-term renter card. Sports
